At Nature’s Fruits, your satisfaction matters to us. Because we sell food products, we follow strict health and safety guidelines when handling refunds and returns. Please read our policy carefully.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Opened or partially used food products cannot be returned or refunded for health and safety reasons.
- Customers must submit a return request within 24 hrs of delivery.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos or videos so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
NON-RETURNABLE SITUATIONS
- Opened or used food products.
- Sale items and gift cards.
- Custom or special order items
- Failure to contact us within the 24 hrs window after delivery
RETURN PROCESS
- To request a return, please email us at Info@naturesfruits.net with your order details.
- Please contact us within 24 hrs of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Unboxing photos or videos of the product and packaging showing the issue
- Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for completing the request.
⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled before they are shipped for a full refund.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
REFUNDS
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
