Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Standard Shipping may take 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may be extended during federal holidays.
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please double-check all information at checkout. If delivery is attempted to the original address and fails, the carrier may apply redelivery or forwarding fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping is currently available within the continental United States only. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or third-party mailbox services.
DAMAGED, MISSING, OR LOST ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. For any damaged or missing items, please contact us within 2 business days of receipt. Be sure to keep packaging and take photos of box opening to help us process claims quickly.
Lost Shipments: If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund. Signing for a shipment without noting visible damage may limit our ability to file a claim.
SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES
Shipping and handling charges cover processing, packaging, and delivery. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and destination. Free Standard Shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (see promotions or checkout for details).
